Little Scissors Booking Policy
To ensure every child enjoys the best experience, we kindly ask all clients to follow our booking guidelines:
1. Appointment Arrival & Lateness:
We offer a 15-minute grace period. After this, your appointment may be adjusted if possible or rescheduled if we are unable to accommodate – especially during busy times. Please arrive on time to ensure the full service can be provided.
2. Walk-Ins:
Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. However, scheduled appointments will always be prioritized.
3. Cancellations:
We understand that plans can change. Please notify us at least 2 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
4. No-Shows:
Repeated no-shows may require a deposit to secure future bookings.
5. Sibling Appointments:
If booking for multiple children, we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.
6. Appointment Confirmation:
Appointments can be confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call. Please note that unconfirmed appointments may be released during peak hours.
